The rooms were clean and the regular beds are large enough to share with a child (close to a full size) which was something I was concerned about. The Amenities are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom comes fully equipped with mini sized bottles and grooming kits, which are nice quality. The gym has a daily fee (Yen 1,000) for a 24-hour period. The direct access to the train station was great, and there are several convenient stores close by and some great dining options in and around the hotel.

The staff was nice and the room was of good size,/ but the room was dated and every night i would wake up congested and feeling like crap. Tried using the humidifer but not helpful. Ive stayed in 4 other japanese and never had an issue. The location while above a station somehow was never the line we needed to get where we needed to go. Id suggest a cheaper 3 star japanese hotel over this

Not like Marriott, no sticker available to label it as trash. so you leave things that really trash but it is size of small carry-on luggage, you will be charged 2500.00 yen for discarding fee. Shocking. on the other hands, Marriott, understands that some guests are visiting and 'trash' stickers are available in the room for guests to leave things behind for whatever reason. something for this hotel to be considered....

Happy with my stay. Solid room size, great location (especially if you’re arriving from NRT the bus drops you in front of the hotel) One thing to flag though (maybe it is normal in Japan): I wanted to use the gym but this came at an extra charge. This is unacceptable to me given the price of the rooms. In addition to that I am the highest tier of the hotel loyalty program, but even after speaking to the manager they refused to make a small gesture. Astonishing for me and clearly something I’ll remember. If you aren’t using the gym then this hotel is perfect.
