The room was lovely and the view of the pacific was exceptional. Doors open from the room onto the garden with a direct access onto the beach. However, the breakfast service let it down. When we arrived at the restaurant they had just let in a large group of walk-ins. This caused utter chaos in the restaurant which left guests, including us, without any clean crockery and utensils. This meant having cups of tea in cardboard cups and wooden cutlery for eating cereal and buttering toast. Not the standard we expected for £350.00 a night and not at all acceptable. Staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic during the chaos that had evolved. Many elderly people were struggling to find plates, bowls and utensils. Residents of the hotel should always come first rather than allowing outsiders in which then compromises the satisfaction of residents.

To wake up with that view to the sea is unbelievable. When we arrived, it turned out that something had gone wrong with our reservation. The staff in the frontdesk were helpful way over what was to be expected. Thanks a lot. We had a wonderful stay (and we loved the cosyness in the restaurant as well).

Amazing staff! Amazing experience! It was out 20th anniversary and they even wrote us a nice card and gave us a bottle of wine. Which was so thoughtful, we enjoyed it on our patio watching the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!!

What a beautiful place to spend a few days. Resort and beach are unbelievably beautiful. Accommodations pricy for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very comfortable. The washrooms need more space, it was very tight, but that’s not too important. The view was 5 star! We used the hot tub and it was great! I’d recommend the restaurant procure a more local wine selection. Overall a fantastic stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We loved the beach view and the sound of waves here. The facilities and location are beautiful with all the required amenities. Also appreciated the on-site EV charging.

Rooms could use a sheer curtain. Was on the ground floor and closing the curtain meant no longer able to view the beach and a dark room but opening meant no privacy from passersby on the path. For a the price a happy medium and a sheer. Ritson would be greatly appreciated.

The setting. Very beautiful. Relaxing. The only thing that happened is that it got fogged in when we were returning on the plane. However, it all worked out in the end.
