This hotel is in a great location easy to walk around the area to go out for food and coffee. The hotel itself from most rooms has a wonderful view of the inner harbour. It’s pet friendly when requested and they provided a dog bed and water bowl. Overall a great, friendly affordable place to stay.

Very friendly check in. Room was very clean. We had an excellent view of the harbour. From what I could see, most rooms have at least partial water view. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. 2x regular coffee pods, 1x decaf, and 1x tea. I would suggest a few more for 4x adults booking. The kitchen on site is very clean, with plenty of pots/pans and utensils. A few more cups and plates/bowls would be handy. There's plenty of surface space and cooking appliances. It's not heated, and very cold during the winter months. The grounds are very clean and tidy. And covered walkways throughout the complex. I saw a fire pit, and some outdoor dining furniture next to the kitchen, all with views of the marina. The team were very quick to shut down a party in a room nearby. In the area nearby, there's a few places to eat. Shops and galleries. A great stay. Highly recommend.

I've stayed several times while on business. Rooms are modern, clean, close to the water, and affordable. Sea lions in the harbour can be a bit noisy but i find it interesting. There is a nice light house walk a short drive away.

We had a great stay. We loved how quiet and peaceful is the area at this time of the year, mid-January. The view to the marina was fantastic. And it didn’t hurt that we had amazing sunny days. We'd recommend!

This property was affordable, clean, spacious, and although you couldn’t cook in your room there was a common area to do so. Loved hearing the sea lions on the balcony … wish it had been a longer stay. Amazing beds and pillows !!!

The location was great overlooking the marina etc. The sounds from the unit next door kept us up until after 11:00 pm. People or kids running around and up and down the stairs. The property is listed as a resort but it does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast just a communal kitchen.

Loved it! Will be back!

This hotel and the women who worked at the front desk were amazing! The room was absolutely enormous and so cozy and clean. I spent the morning doing a beach cleanup in absolutely horrid weather… Strong wind, rain, and freezing cold. When I got to the hotel, I took a hot bath and the tub was so deep and it was just perfect! I was able to unwind to the fullest before heading back out for the evening. It is also pet friendly and they offered me a dog bed at check in! I didn’t need one but it was a nice perk. I do suggest that if you’re sensitive to sounds, bring ear plugs. The sea lions will sing you a song in the morning. That being said, they do make a point of letting you know that sound travels easily and to be considerate of neighbours / quiet time. Although the room next to me had a family and two dogs, and I didn’t hear them much at all! The hotel is within walking distance from quite a few local businesses and has nice views from the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Ukee.
