とってもよかった！お風呂が別館なのだけがちょっとめんどくさいですが、洋館ホテルなのに旅館も利用できると思うと一石二鳥感はあります☻ ほんとーうにとってもよかったのでまた行きたいです。スイートルームは二つ洗面台があってとってもよかったし、マウンテンビューとはいえど、ホテルのあちらこちらから海が見えるので問題なかったです。夕飯はシーホースでフレンチをいただきましたが、特別な思い出になりました☻食事はどれもおいしすぎたし、花火を特等席で見られて嬉しかったです。 フロント、レストランどこのスタッフさんも優しくてホスピタリティの塊でした。 素敵なホテルと出会えて嬉しいです。

Had an amazing stay for two nights, enjoying the stunning views, luxurious pearl bath, and the impeccable service. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options and dinner at the Seahorse was exceptional. The only downside were the stairs between the main lobby and the harbour view building, which were challenging for my elderly parents.

Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights

Awesome stay and great service

Amazing view from the room (even tho it was mountain side - still able to see a bit of sea view). Spacious clean room and looked newly renovated. Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again!

I really loved the views from my room on the harbour side, the terrace, the restaurant. For dinner, the food at the Seahorse was delicious, plus the staff were really welcoming, kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to others. PS : it would be great if the shuttle bus could run a little longer

Great stay. F&B availability could be better

Very nice hotel. Very pleasant stay overall. Room view was excellent. Great breakfast. Very good service in general. I think this hotel is losing business on the F&B side. We went to the restaurant 15 min before the last order and were turned away. Also, the other all day dining area above had most of the item not available. On the way to the onsen, this hotel has a very nice garden area looking at sea with some seat but no service to have a drink. Some beer cans brought from outside were left by some clients. F&B was such that we decided to eat out.
