The hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

以前同系列の和歌山を利用し、オールインクルーシブがとてもよかったのでこちらに宿泊を決めました。基本は同じ感じでしたが、少しずつ違う点が良かったり悪かったりでした。 ラウンジのお酒の種類が少なかったのとおつまみ・お菓子がこれといってなかったのが少々残念でしたが、テーブルや椅子が十分に用意されていた点はゆっくりできてよかったです。 大浴場前のフリースペースでは補充式のウォーターサーバーしかなくすぐに水切れになっていて残念でした。雪見だいふくと冷凍みかん、ブドウがありよかったですが長蛇の列でした。

伊勢志摩ってこのレベル？

ミネラルウオーターもエレベーター前にあり　常温とホットが無料で準備されていました エレベーターは3機しかなかったので食事時には渋滞で階段を使って降りる人がたくさんいました ビュッフェもどの順番に並ぶのか　どうやって回るのかがわからず、ウロウロする場面も(私達以外も)ありました 1番残念だったのが　夕食の海鮮です イカの刺身を食べているのにマグロの味が……こんなに美味しく無いと思ったのは初めてでした　お酒が含まれている料金だとはいえ　とても残念。 お風呂も温泉だとはいえ　土日だったからか人が多く芋洗状態　ドライヤーとか　化粧水とかもあって　いいと思ったのに……

ウェルカムドリンクなど朝、晩の2食バイキングが良かった。席を確保した時にすぐスタッフの女性が机を拭いてくれたり対応が早くて良かったです。
