食事が美味しくなかった。 ハモにはたくさんの骨があり、説明によると部位が良くなかったとのこと。子供が同じメニューを食べていたら、喉に骨が引っかって大変だったと思います。部位が良くないとわかっていたら、最初から出すべきではないと思います。ウェイターの方に水をお願いしても10分もかかり、しゃぶしゃぶの火をつけてもらえるのにこちらから声をかけないと気づかない… 食事代を返して欲しいです。

Stayed for one night while going to Toba aquarium. Room was amazing very large and with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were great very helpful the entire time. Hot drinks were free from a relaxing bar on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a Japanese style. Various different. Vegetables, fish and some fruit with rice, udeon and miso soup. We were even provided a meal voucher for the night when we arrived. Can't speak for the baths as we didn't use them for the night but I'm sure they are lovely as well. If your reading reviews to pick what place to book. Id say go with this one.

Nice stop in toba with a nice view of the water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Drink bar and “soba hour” at 9pm was a nice touch. Seems like they recently had some renovations, so it’s nice and updated.

The whole building was recently renovated so it was very comfortable new and clean The food was generous and very yummy. The service staff from the front desk to the restaurant was very good The view from the room is very nice too Really enjoyed our 3 night stay

This was not a traditional-style onsen and not what I was expecting. (No yukata, no welcome treats.) It has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean, modern (meaning we had enough outlets for all our electronics), nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Staff spoke English so communication was simple. Lounge had 24-hr water and coffee machine. Didn’t have dinner there, but did have breakfast and it was delicious! Served kaiseki style, attentive and polite wait staff. Thankfully hotel was super responsive and quick communicating thru the Expedia app, which made using the shuttle van very easy. (Would be a challenging walk to/fm train station.) Lovely place and would stay again if we ever return to Toba.

客房乾淨面海，空間上可以打開兩個行李箱攤平都不顯窄，廁所跟淋浴是分開兩間的，唯梳洗時僅容一人稍有不便。 雖然沒有實際的陽台，有帶一副小桌椅，微開窗可以聽著海水拍打岸邊的聲音，非常舒服又不會冷。 服務人員很親切，多次協助確認出入接送，非常貼心！原本擔心附近的公車班次少都不是問題了：） 一樓活動區有自助咖啡飲料冰棒可自由取用，晚上還有一小碗麵可以暖胃～ 餐點早晚都是日式的一人一套餐，多數品項都很滿意，其中壽喜燒真的很鹹，也很有趣（矛盾的我） 住宿期間因鍋爐的問題，體驗了隔壁蝴蝶蘭的溫泉。可以帶零錢去投牛奶哦～

房間內就能望鳥羽灣風景優美，櫃檯有台灣人很親切。美中不足的地方是我住4樓，但樓上5樓走動的時候聲音蠻大的隔音不是很好，不知道3樓會不好好一點
