Esperienza assolutamente incredibile e negativa

Dopo regolare prenotazione e relativa conferma della stessa, sono arrivato all'albergo e l'ho trovato chiuso con il catenaccio. Ho dovuto cercare un altro albergo dove alloggiare e fortunatamente l'ho trovato a poca distanza.
