The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, I was surprised that the hotel doesn’t provide an iron. When I asked, I was told they don’t have irons available for guests to use and instead offered to do it for me at a charge per item. I’ve never experienced this before, and I believe having an iron should be a basic amenity in any hotel. Another downside was the service — the ladies working at breakfast and the receptionist during the day shift came across as rude. Guests should always be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

Mondial Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a grand lobby, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and an exceptional staff that was very friendly and accommodating. A delicious breakfast was provided every morning in their dining room, which felt like being in a restaurant. I would absolutely recommend Mondial Hotel.
