Lovely hotel on the Marina

Very large room. Very clean. Amazing large comfy bed. It also had an extra area with a table and chairs. Bathroom was modern and clean with a good shower. Toiletries provided. This room was really good for the price and a good location. There was only one down side the room had very little natural light but as we didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep it was ok. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited Lincoln for three days. The hotel is situated in a lovely area by the wharf, plenty of restaurants and bars within throwing distance. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. If staying in Lincoln i highly recommend.

Its overall a lovely area however Our room faced the car park at the back of the hotel so quite noisy with peoplecoming and going . The bathroom was clean but cracks down the side of the bath and a bit shabby . The kettle in the room unfortunately was on for over half an hour and didnt boil only got slightly warm so no hot drink to go with the complimentary biscuits. Only stayed 1 night but don't think we would stay again.

We have stayed here twice now - and was more then pleased with everything on the first visit, on the second we had a room facing the car park and not the marina as last time, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also a gas pipe on the wall outside kept making noise thruout the night.
