The hotel is downtown Rosarito in a convenient location to various restaurants & bars. The hotel went thru a lot of renovations. It is only 1 block away from the beach. The place is very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful. My husband and I come here often. We love Rosarito & this hotel.

The staff blamed me for breaking a window and charged me for it but first they went back and forth between the managers one of the maintenance guys told me that he didn’t even know why they had put us in that room because the ac didn’t work and now I know why to blame me for the broken window. Horrible experience
