During my stay, I found the pool area lacking due to a dirty pool and a non-functional jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. However, Isaac, our waiter, and the receptionist provided excellent service, which improved the overall experience.

The place isn’t very clean, and the hotel offers only the bare minimum. Unfortunately, the shower takes a long time to get hot. I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay, but if you can’t find anything else, it’ll do in a pinch.

Good but...

The hotel is nice, but it does have some minor issues that I saw. First off, I got a room for 4 people and so I thought we would all get the continental breakfast that ia offered. It did not happen that way. The receptionist said it's only for adults and so since my room was paid for 2 adults and 2 minors I thought well give the 13 yrs old one of the adult breakfast since i was the only adult there. The receptionist gave me a hard time about it but I don't see why since it was already paid for. Next, the bedding had a weird smell, might be time to buy new pillows or something. Also, the shower had sand in some corners, so that wasn't completely cleaned. Overall, the room was good and the view was fantastic. I could see the other hotels, pier and ocean. I would juat like for them to specify who the breakfast is for so it's not misleading into believing brwakfast is for everyone.
