Staff was efficient but very dry. Not welcoming, no suggestions and/or info about what is available in the area. Room was not swept properly, wrapper under table. Towels a little grungy. Bathroom light turn fan at same time and it was noisy. I opted to do makeup in kitchen area to avoid fan noise. Didn’t see pool and wasn’t told about it by staff.

Great hotel in a very convinient area close to lots of dining, shopping and various other activities. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Used the pool area this time clean pool area nice for an afternoon swim. I have stayed in this hotel various times and will continue to come here and would recommend to anyone.

En el baño solo estaba disponible una sola toalla, me hubiera gustado haber tenido dos, como lo había visto en otros hoteles. Al ingresar no me dieron información de algunos artículos que me pudieran prestar, dejando en garantía una identificación, como fue el préstamo se una plancha para ropa. It was one of the noisiest experiences I've ever had. You can hear everything. Doors opening, slamming, clinks, clanks I had to switch rooms at 3am because people would not stop talking and laughing by the pool area. Then the next day in our new room there were like 20 kids screaming and running around the hallways in the morning. Then later that night there was what seemed to be a club or concert playing music until 4am. Did not sleep at all. Great location and clean but not good for quiet resting.

Our check in could have been better after our long flight but the receptionist that day was not having a good day. Very rude way of answering to all the questions we had. Security guard was very helpful and courteous. Keep in mind you have to ask for everything at the receptionist desk more towels an iron Personal needs to be more accommodating and helpful.
