Located in a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing. Free parking available on the same street.



This bright and cozy apartment has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of one of the best beaches in Puerto del Carmen. The property has a private and sunny terrace, equipped with sun loungers, from which you can enjoy pleasant views of the garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors.



The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to offer maximum comfort. It has a functional kitchen with a three-burner hob, microwave, small oven, toaster and capsule coffee machine. Bed linen and bath towels are included, with a change of service every 10 days. In the living room there is a Smart TV with satellite channels in several languages (Spanish, English, German, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese), as well as a fan for greater comfort. The fibre optic WIFI connection allows fast and stable browsing, perfect for both leisure and teleworking.

Very clean apartment

The apartments of was very clean and cheerful we had no problems with the apartment by minor things which got sorted the only problem we had was it was up a very steep Hill and the internet was not very strong you could only get it in the lounge and it was very slow but I was still recommend this place thank you Mr Charles wood
