New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom vacation rental has been refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.

The contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV,SKY SPORTS,RTE ETC
The apartment also has free fiber optic WIFI...

The balcony enjoys sea, mountain views and is equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from, large oven, fridge and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in shower,washing machine towels are provided . The master bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

There is also a safety deposit box.

This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.

Although there are ramps throughout the complex we would not recommend the property to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility due to there being a few steps into the apartment itself.

This was an excellent property yet again we have stayed here before and will do so many more times hopefully . The hosts were very helpful and even printed our boarding passes which my daughter had e mailed them as us two elderly friends had basic phones!!!

Great location

Brilliant clean front line apartment with seaview. Full range of UK tv channels, oven and washing machine making it a complete home from home. Slight problem with shower but Dean the property manager repaired asap.

Totally renovated apartment, right on the strip, but set back just enough so that its still quiet and peaceful. Apartment totally renovated with all new furniture and equipped with everything you'd need. Would definitely recommend. Darren N.Ireland.

Ideal location and a lovely apartment

The apartment is immaculately clean and fresh, it’s back off the road a little way so no real noise issues from the pubs nearby. We like to swim in the sea and that was easy with a 60 second walk to the beach. We normally stay in Los Pocillos and we were unsure about staying here but it was a nice change. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
