Good base for independent travellers

We chose this hotel for convenience as we were visiting our son who is working in a school nearby.I don't think many overseas visitors regularly stayed there, and we found the manager and his staff very helpful and our room of a good standard.the bed was extremely comfortable and there was always drinking water from a dispenser that boiled the water automatically Incidentally Tian Jin is a good base to visit Beijing which is 40 mins away on the bullet train and the accommodation is cheaper in Tian Jin than in Beijing.

Good value for money hotel

The location is near the "Five Avenues" with lots of nice European style buildings, on a quiet street. It's also about a 10 minute walk to a shopping centre and the Yingkou Dao metro station. The room (and hotel) was oddly decorated in a faux European antique style, but this at least gave it some character! No wi-fi was provided but there was an ethernet cable which provided a reliable and fast connection. English is not really spoken by the front desk, and it's unfair to expect this as it is China after all - not America. They were able to speak enough to check me in/out and to do a load of laundry - so I was able to get by.

外観はお洒落だが、中国の2.5星ホテルとしては標準的。

五大道に位置するお洒落なホテルです。 スタッフの応対は感じ良いですが、部屋があまり良くありません。 カーテンはボロボロのままになっており、エアコンを作動させるとホコリが吹き出してきました（あまり使われていない部屋だったのか？）。シャワールームの水勢は弱く、トイレの便器には水垢がついていて、清潔かもしれませんが見た目は良くありません。WiFiのパスワードは、フロントで教えてくれますが、私の居る場所が悪かったのか、通信速度は遅く、殆ど使いものにならないときもありました。 調度品は確かに凝っていますし、部屋は汚くはありません。清潔です。中国の2.5星ホテルとしては標準的でしょう。

小小事一个，留下遗憾。

总体比较满意。周围环境很好。刚到酒店时，问了早餐时间。第2天早上没开，原因不知道，可能客人少吧。不得不外出找早点处，外边的早点处很不适合我们，很脏，又很冷。如果下大雨，还真困难。这家酒店很好，但是有早餐厅却不能提供简单的早餐。虽然，小小事一个，我们也克服了，但是，留下很遗憾的深刻印象。

五大道を散策するなら良し

五大道にあるホテルです。馬車に乗れば、説明を受ける由緒のあるホテルです。Hotels.com、及びエクスペディアの地図は間違ってます。気をつけて（中国は仕方ないよ）。中国サイトの百度地図で要確認。 桂林路沿いにあります。桂林路と重庆路が交差した近くにあります。 このホテルは、昔天津の有名な副市長が住んでいたそうです。その人が集めた骨董品などが飾られています。おしゃれな洋館のホテルです。 チェックイン時に現金で100元のデポジットを取られました。最初４００元と言われましたが、事前払いを主張したら変えてくれました。 部屋はシャワーのみ、全体的にきれい（値段の割りに、中国の割りにはね）、歯ブラシあり、ボディソープorシャンプーあり、ドライヤーはフロントで借りる （その際部屋番号を言う）、二つ口のコンセントあり。狭くはない。フロントも対応はよい。チェックアウトはお昼の１２時まで。 エレベーター無し。エアコンあり。 近くにちっちゃい便利店はある。レストランもちらほらある。Wifiの有無は聞かなかったが、パスワードのないものがあって使えてしまった。 使って良いものかわからないけれど。中国でこの値段であれば、非常に良いホテルだとおもう。バスタブがあれば、なお良かった。
