Modern style, five story, very large spacious room, fluffy towels. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Room sofa and chairs were stained.

The property itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area around the property seemed a little sketchy, but we got in rather late and left early, so it might have looked different in the full light of day.

First the good things. Coffee machine in breakfast area was outstanding. Espresso cappuccino, regular coffee all available and very good tasting. Lots of options for breakfast. Muffins were very good. Staff very friendly Negatives about breakfast were scrambled eggs very overdone, oatmeal was extremely liquidy the first day the second and third day it got thicker but was never hot. Server very good about trying to accommodate you. Hotel had been recently remodeled with upgrades in the rooms. That said, upholstered furniture in room 505 definitely needed cleaning and filters in AC units definitely needed. Cleaning Beds were reasonably comfortable, pillows. Pretty firm . Check/in was a little bit challenging because we were not aware at first the parking was available across the street. And parking next to building was extremely limited.

Hotel is clean and well renovated. Hotel amenities are spare but provided free of charge. Staff is friendly and while I didn't have any questions for them I watched them provide excellent service and direction to several guests who asked.

Trip across Canada , we stayed twice , front desk very helpful many restaurants in area casino , yes homeless in area but no problems rehabilitating centre is 3 block up from this area .

There is a fenced compound to park across the street - shelter or homeless drug addicts everywhere & not comfortable to unload & walk across to the hotel & fell the items in the vehicle are secure from theft or vandalism

Great stay here. Room, staff, atmosphere were great. Had a good little gym and breakfast every day in a cute breakfast lounge. The area around the hotel was under construction but the hotel itself was clean safe and pretty inside. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate.
