Meh...

Check in was easy. Property was easy to find. Lots of parking. The room itself wasn't great. Carpet had stains in places, very small, cramped two bed room. The bathroom fan didn't work so the bathroom walls were stained and damp. It must have been an old smoking room because nicotine was seeping through the paint and dripping down the wall. The tile on the shower walls haven't been cleaned in ages. The escutcheon plate should be flush against the wall and was just left hanging loose. Expect mould to be growing behind the wall there. The sheets are all polyester now. Beds were not uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

Here to visit gravely ill sister in law in ICU. Staff very understanding. Met our needs. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast satisfactory but still need to bring own gluten free and lactose free items. This is a repeat stay when coming to Thunder Bay so aware of dietary challenges. Still pleased to stay here.
