I was staying there for my kids’ hockey tournament. No where does it say you can’t bring hockey bags into your room. After travelling 4 hours in a snowstorm I was rudely told I could not bring our bags up to our room. They have a storage closet I could put it in. (Anyone can access it, but they won’t guarantee replacement if stuff goes missing) They have no parking so we had to park at the neighbouring hotel and walk to ours, while leaving our hockey bags in the vehicle. When tried to bring up my boys’ under gear and jerseys to hang in the room at the end of the night on day two they rudely told me I couldn’t. I was not impressed with the attitude I received from staff and will not stay again.
