If this property spent as much time fixing up the rooms as they did the foyer, then it would be a wonderful experience. However, the rooms are not up to par. They are clean, but everything is old. The furniture, the carpet, the bathroom, the curtains, the hallway. It all needs to be remodeled. I was underwhelmed.

During a long road trip, I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Thunder Bay. The room was fantastic, and the bed was especially comfortable, giving me a perfect night's sleep. I was refreshed and ready to continue my journey the next day. I couldn't thank the hotel staff enough for their friendly service. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it! The breakfast was also very nice and cozy. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Staff were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, the washroom was poorly stocked, and the area felt unsafe. I even witnessed a car break-in and robbery near my vehicle, which made my family leave early. Not recommended for families or anyone concerned about safety.

There was a spot in the centre of the TV. Also black mould on the tiles in the shower. And in the morning, there was no hot water. Breakfast was cold.
