No breakfast, the only elevator doesn’t work. Whole first floor is vacant but not available so be ready to haul all your stuff up a flight of stairs (probably rented out monthly by oilfield companies)

We were in town for a wedding and the owner of this hotel was so very kind and accommodating to our huge group staying. Unfortunately there was no free breakfast which was disappointing but we had a Dairy Queen right across the street. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
