The room I stayed in was very dusty. When I got to the hotel, they charged more than what Expedia quoted my total charge. And would not give a refund. Stated that it was a city charge which was never explained to me.

The Internet service for where we were in the hotel was terrible, I had hours of work to do and had to use my phone's hotspot. I was able to get limited service in the hotel lobby, but it was too slow there to work also. The clerk on duty was not able to offer us any solutions, so that was really frustrating. The breakfast was so-so, the scrambled eggs were a little dry. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom door would not stay open.
