The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too! Would definitely stay at this hotel if visiting Trivandrum again! Special mention goes to Sidharth, Arun, Bhagyalaxmi, Vishnu & Rajaskar! Thank you everyone!
