Convenient location, the staff was very helpful too! The rooms were spacious enough, and the layout really worked for two people. I noticed there was dirty cutlery and dishware in the room when we checked in. I placed the cutlery aside so it would get taken away/replaced each day, but it would end up back next to the coffee maker, and was not getting replaced. This was a bit disappointing, but we otherwise had a nice stay.

The hotel location is very good for accessing the train and bus stations at Leiden, also by an short walk to central Leiden, which is very interesting. Room, facing the railway, was very quiet and well insulated for noise. The Luggage Room was very useful before and after our use of the room. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on that aspect. Staff were always helpful.
