The curtains can only close halfway (by design) and light from airport sign at night is bright for light sensitive sleeper like me. 2 of the bathroom light has no switch to turn them off. The place has a smell that I can’t describe (probably poorly ventilated). Otherwise its very clean and very well located to airport and only a few minute underground walk to the airport terminal.

Great place to stay near Suvarnabhumi.

A nice hotel with good restaurants, a nice spa--and right next to the airport. I think you could walk to the terminals (though I took the shuttle, which is also super-convenient). I really recommend staying here if your flight comes in late or you have a morning departure.

Not Worth Price

Upset no longer than 24 hour stay, came in airport at 01:00 and had to leave at 01:00 next day. My next flight didn’t leave till 09:00. Need to have options or leniency for those checking in early, especially with that price per night!

Bathroom was very dirty. Shower has mold and mildew, not clean at all. Furniture was old, scratched and outdated. Electric is old and outdated, no receptacles near bed. No USB phone charging. Dual flush toilet did not work. Air conditioner grill was dirty.. For $152 /night I expected MUCH better. Will not stay again and will inform others the same.

The hotel is excellent for an overnight prior to a flight home. I loved the shuttle service once I landed in Bangkok which was seamless - took me right to the hotel and back the following morning for our early flight home.
