Hard yo find, Very little signage in the terminal. Beds as hard as boards. Bathroom was tired and worn out, things like shower screen doors very stiff. Room very cold, couldn’t find a thermostat to adjust. Worst thing was the constant PA announcements, There just went all night and clearly audible. Restaurant was pleasant with a good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were hit and miss, some very helpful, others less so. Also I booked a night as our flight arrived at 10pm and departed at 9 am next morning. On check in advised our booking was for 6 hours only and had to check out at 5 am, or pay extra. Dues to hard beds and noisey PA that wasn’t annoying issue as we barely slept. However my suggestion woukd be find somewhere else if you have a night in Bangkok.

Hard to find, Inconvenient, Far over priced

Pros: none
Location: Transit
Far far over priced day room. Dark outside combined with uneven door entry made it trip hazard. My elderly relative tripped and hurt herself. Unless you really want to waste your money should not stay here.

Urine/Pee soaked bed

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Not having pee soaked beds would be great. If mistakes do happen try and take responsibility and fix it. They did neither.
Location: I would recommend sleeping in the airport compared to staying in this place.
I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I would rather sleep in the floor of the airport than stay here. At a cost of over $170 per night one would at-least expect clean beds. I checked in at 2:00am replied to some urgent emails and got in to bed only to realize that the whole bed was was and worse yet soaked in pee. I am not sure what house keeping does but it was awful. Called down to the front desk and their initial response was "so what". Eventually got moved to a different room. Had a long shower, changed clothes and tried to check out and the hotel would not even refund my booking saying it was through wotif and they cannot refund through it. Sad part is they acted like having a pee soaked bed was no big deal. I would avoid this place at any cost. Worst hotel service ever.

Hard to find Hotel

Pros: Hotel Restaurant staff friendly and prompt service, food is acceptable.
Cons: Signage and Customer Service. Reception Desk should be more friendly and approachable. they should realize Customers are paying a lot of money.
Location: Convenient location once you find Hotel.
There were a few things that made our stay a bit disappointing: Hotel is a bit hard to find in the airport. Signage is very poor and airport customer service is very poor as well. Reception Desk at the Hotel not very friendly Shower keeps flooding Towels a bit worn out Hard to rest as you can hear people opening other rooms and the airports announcements. Expensive for what you get.

Very low value for high cost

The biggest advantage is that it's close to airport, other than that it's not worth it. Very bad condition. Better extend the stay and get out of the airport.
