Beautiful location but the room was noisy as the windows are old and need to be replaced with more soundproofing. The restaurant was good for breakfast but dinner was mediocre - overcooked and overpriced. All staff were excellent though - friendly and attentive.

Always have a good time at the Omni. Had an issue getting service for toliet paper for our room. Just ended up getting it ourselves from the cleaning cart an hour later.

Our room had large stains on the carpet, it also felt wet. Had to wear shoes in the room. Holes in the curtains. Rust stains in the sink. Bed very uncomfortable Street noise at night was very loud and disrupted sleep. Staff refused to let me out the gate at the pool and forced me to walk upstairs even though I told them I was disabled and unable to walk upstairs. The pool is accessible by stairs, they do have a gate for people who are disable, they refused to allow me to use gate even though I have a very visible disability to me legs and walking up stairs is hard for me to do. This hotel is not the standard I would expect from Omni.

The lobby and common areas were ok. The location is good but the room was dirty . The bathroom is not well maintained
