When I arrived it was freezing outside a cup of hot chocolate would h he ave been nice but the water in the pot was cold and almost empty . The woman at the desk finally offered to get me hot water . There was no creamer in the v bc asker , she should have checked that also but didn’t . I ended leaving outside the elevator as I really don’t like my hot chocolate without milk . I understand I came late but no matter when someone checks in all complimentary items should be available for the person checking in . I had been driving a long time and was exhausted so the hot chocolate would have been nice to have
