Service was amazing. We were upgraded to an over water bungalow & welcomed with a complementary bottle of champagne. Highly recommend experiencing the over water bungalow - spacious, comfortable & access to gorgeous reef. No complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located in town and beautifully designed. My room was comfortable, well equipped and lovely. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They even were able to fix a broken suitcase handle..
