The house is located 3 km from the sea and 4 km from the village of Teulada in an area of old agricultural settlement. The property is located on a small hill overlooking the valley, has a fenced plot of about six thousand meters, with some olive trees and plants of the Mediterranean, such as cistus, myrtle, mastic.
Nearby there are some scattered houses. At night, being an area without light pollution you can admire the starry sky and the Milky Way is clearly visible.
The house is about 70 square meters, the house consists of a large living room area and kitchen with a fireplace area, sofa and TV, downstairs there is also a bathroom and a bedroom with two beds that can be arranged in bed unique, upstairs a mezzanine bedroom with double bed, outside a porch for outdoor living.
