Tetbury hotel

The Ormond is an average hotel. The focus seems to be on the pub attached to the hotel. There was no one on reception when I checked in and out, I had to search for someone in the pub. I had problems with the heating and rang 2 nights in a row to ask for help. The first night no one answered the phone or returned the message I left. The second night the phone was answered by the barman, and nothing was done to fix the heating. Also be aware there is no car park for this hotel.
