Great location and garden with seaview

We felt very welcome, the flat was equipped with everything we needed, we were greeted by Antonella with tomatoes and figs from her garden, as well as advice about the surroundings. The garden was great for breakfast and dinner with shady spots morning and evening. The flat is located in a historic building in a small town up on the hills about 7 minutes by car from Santo Stefano with a nice free beach and some nice restaurants.

wunderschönes Italien

2 wunderschöne Wochen in Italien. Abseits des Trubels und herrlichen Ausblick von der Tereasse direkt aufs Meer.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Ankunft gab es einheimische Produkte zur Kostprobe und immer wenn man Fragen hatte stand sie hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man braucht und man hatte für 4 Personen genügend Platz. Sehr schön war auch die Terasse und der Garten mit Außendusche. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder.

Il n'est pas précisé dans l annonce que le salon et la chambre sont des pièces noires., que l'accès se fait après une montée conséquente pas facile, et que la consommation de gaz etait a régler en sus. Nous avons trouvé la propriétaire assez agressive et intrusive qui a voulu nous faire payer 5O Euros supplémentaire car nous avions notre fille qui venait y passer juste 1 nuit. Ceci en des termes assez agressifs Cela fait plusieurs années que nous louons dans cette région et jamais nous n'avons eu ce genre de mésaventure. l'accueil n'était pas au rendez vous ! Quant au logement lui meme l'extérieur est aussi beau que l'intérieur est vétuste.

Trés agréable séjour

Ce lieu dont les gérants sont dévoués et charmants, se positionne parfaitement, entre mer, vallées et reliefs, pour découvrir cette partie de la Ligurie. Un grand plaisir aussi de retrouver l'habitation, après une virée, pour son calme, la nature qui l'entoure, la vue aérienne sur la mer, sa prestation en général de très bonne qualité...et le spectacle des flashs des lucioles la nuit venue !

Wir kommen wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen.Man hat eine herrlichen Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%. Was ja oftmals nicht der Fall ist. Der Weg zum Meer ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Aber man kann auch wunderbar den Tag am Haus genießen. Antonella ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns mit frischen Kaki direkt vom Baum verwöhnt. DieseUnterkunft können wir nur empfehlen und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.

We had a great time in this house in the little Village of Terzorio. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, with the view of the sea from the terrace. It’s only a-10 minute drive to the village of Santo Stefano al Mare with the nice beach. The house is on a quiet location, and a great starting point for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The house is clean and well equipped, and the owners Antonella and her husband very friendly. Highly recommended.

Wunderschön!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet! Sie liegt sehr ruhig, sodass man auf der großen Terrasse oder dem schönen Garten mit Blick aufs Meer herrlich entspannen kann. Antonella und Anton sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche selbst gemachter Wein und Gebäck vom Bäcker aus Santo Stefano al mare bereit. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

Einfach nur ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir haben den zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Auf der Terrasse und in dem kleinen Garten mit Gartendusche am Rande eines Olivenhains konnte man wunderbar entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit einer kleinen Gabe aus ihrem Garten und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ottimo Soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane con le ns. figlie di 17 e 6 anni. In casa non manca niente ed il giardino con lettini ed ombrellone e vista mare e' veramente fantastico e comodissimo quando non si vuole scendere alla spiaggia, che comumque dista solo 3 km. Antonella, la proprietaria, e' sempre genitle e disponibile anche con suggerimenti per escursioni e visite nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare!

Sehr schone Ferienwohnung in einer wundervollen Landschaft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt, wären gern noch länger geblieben. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, um die Urlaubszeit zu genießen. Die Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Entspannen ein, man kann einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Umgebung ist auch einfach traumhaft, Terzorio ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um viel anzuschauen. Wir waren in den Dörfern: Cervo, Civezza, Dolcedo, Cipressa, Pompejana, Taggia, Bussana Veccia, Castellaro, Dolceaqua, Bordigeta und auch in den Städten San Remo, Menton und Imperia. Die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt, mit dem Auto max. 8 min. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten und Eier von glücklichen Hühnern. Wir haben noch selbst produziertes Olivenöl und Honig gekauft. Antonella hatte immer wieder gute Tipps. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Dir.

Italien geniessen in der Familie mit Kindern

Funktionale Ferienwohnung mit allem Notwendigen gut eingerichtet- alles war sehr sauber, alles hat prima funktioniert, der Garten mit Blick auf das Meer ebenfalls sehr gut bestückt mit Tisch, Liegen, Schirmen, Kinderspielsachen, Wasseranschluss, Gartendusche und die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich, kam mit kleinen Überraschungen aus dem eigenen Garten und war immer für ein kleines Schwätzle offen, sodass wir unsere Italienischkentnisse weiter verbessern konnten- sehr sehr schön für uns!!!

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé idéalement dans les hauteurs de la côte ligurienne. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. L'extérieur est très appréciable avec une jolie vue sur la mer. L'hôte est très disponible et nous a orienté vers des ballades et activités à faire. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Ligurien

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche mit Kleinkind in der liebevoll renovierten, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Garten und die Terasse sind ideal für den Urlaub mit Kindern. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 3 km. Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Küste Liguriens!

Tolles Ferienhaus und nette Vermieter!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche lag sogar ein kleiner Willkommensgruß von den Vermietern, frische Zitronen und Pflaumen aus dem Garten und ein kleines Gläschen selbstgemachten Honig. Die Terrasse mit dem angrenzenden Garten, ist schön groß und lädt zu einem Frühstück oder schönen Grillabend ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch mit Kleinkind ist dieses Objekt empfehlenswert. Auf der Terrasse befanden sich einige Spielsachen, welche auch mit Begeisterung von unserem Kind in Beschlag genommen wurden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
