3 star at best. Cheap timeshare accommodation

Pleasant welcome from reception staff although reception area is poor. Room is very disappointing and very basic. Curtains not even wide enough to close at night. Very basic MDF furniture and tile floor. Bathroom adequate for 3 stars. Evening meal very good but waiting staff have very poor attitude towards customers like the job is beneath them. Breakfast quite good but sadly again staff attitude spoilt it for us. No competition in the rest of this small resort so I think they keep getting away with it.

Muy bueno, incluyendo el desayuno, con dos peros, el primero es que el checkinn es muy temprano 11 horas y el checkout muy tarde 16 horas, el segundo el google maps slda una indicaciĂłn un poco errada, mostrando llegada caminando y se puede llegar perfectamente en automĂłvil.

Reklamation zu unserem Aufenthalt im Aregai Marina

Leider entsprach unser Erlebnis im Hotel Aregai Marina Hotels nicht unseren Erwartungen, die aufgrund Ihrer Werbung und bisherigen Standards gesetzt wurden. Erstens funktionierte das Internet wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht, was fĂŒr uns aufgrund unserer beruflichen Verpflichtungen Ă€ußerst problematisch war. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden beim Personal wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Anfangs wurden technische Störungen angegeben, spĂ€ter wurden wir wegen der hohen GĂ€stezahl immer wieder mit der BegrĂŒndung "technische Störung" vertröstet. Unser Zimmer Zimmer wurde wĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Trotz tĂ€glicher Anfragen blieben die grundlegenden Reinigungsdienste aus, was sowohl unhygienisch als auch enttĂ€uschend war. Des Weiteren wurden unangekĂŒndigte Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel durchgefĂŒhrt. Der Hotelstrand war wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthalts aufgrund dieser Arbeiten nicht nutzbar. Ein vorheriger Hinweis auf diese Bauarbeiten wĂ€hrend der Buchung hĂ€tte uns die Möglichkeit gegeben, ein anderes Hotel zu wĂ€hlen. Schließlich war der Strand, einer der HauptgrĂŒnde fĂŒr unsere Wahl dieses Hotels, durch Baggerarbeiten stark beeintrĂ€chtigt und nicht nutzbar. Dies war eine große EnttĂ€uschung, da wir geplant hatten, dort unsere Freizeit zu verbringen. Außerdem fĂŒhlten wir uns im Zimmer etwas unwohl, da der Rahmen des Schlosszylinders, mit dem die TĂŒr abgeschlossen wird, ausgerissen war. Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so erfreulich
