We are in Residence Zinnibiri, a new residential area a few hundred meters from the main beach of Foxi Manna. The area is ideal for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday, and immerse themselves in the local culture surrounded by nature and good food.

The property consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen/ living room with sofa. Outside, a beautiful veranda with a garden from which you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of the coast of the Marina di Tertenia.

A two-minute walk, the communal infinity pool, is open from 15 May to 30 September, and private parking.

*Please note that the property, for a choice of sustainability, is not equipped with air conditioning.

The Marina of Tertenia is distinguished by its beaches with fine white sand, shallow waters, rocky areas ideal for snorkeling or fishing, and numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty.

Pool will be available for guests from the 15th of May to the 30th of september and it's shared with the other units in the residence.

A few rules to enjoy our beautiful common pool:

- It is not allowed to bring any kind of glass to the pool;

- No drinks or food are allowed in the pool area;

- No jumping or diving;

- It is not allowed to bring chairs, sunbeds, or sun umbrellas;

- It is not allowed to bring inflatables or games to the pool.

Guests who don't follow the rules will be kindly asked to leave the pool area

Please be advised that upon arrival at the property, all the guests must show their ID’s and pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 in cash per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. City Tax is mandatory in Tertenia for stays from 1 May to 31 October.
