Ideal for families or couples who decide to spend their holiday in total relaxation, CASA LALITA is a semi-detached house located in the Residence Zinnibiri, with a shared swimming pool (available from 15th May to 30th September) and breathtaking views of the coast of Marina di Tertenia.
The house has two levels, harmonizing perfectly outdoor and indoor spaces, designed to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
In the living area you will find a comfortable furnished living room, a toilette, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy balcony to have your seaview breakfasts.
In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You can enjoy the sea view not only from the veranda at the entrance and from the balcony, but also directly from your bedrooms, which overlook the coast offering a priceless spectacle at all times of the day.
On the outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue, personally cared for by the gardener, outdoor shower and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
It is also available for guests a private parking with two parking spots and the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful swim at the pool a few steps from the house.
Pool will be available for guests from the 15th of May to the 30th of september and it's shared with the other units in the residence.
A few rules to enjoy our beautiful common pool:
- It is not allowed to bring any kind of glass to the pool;
- No drinks or food are allowed in the pool area;
- No jumping or diving;
- It is not allowed to bring chairs, sunbeds, or sun umbrellas;
- It is not allowed to bring inflatables or games to the pool.
Guests who don't follow the rules will be kindly asked to leave the pool area

Erholung pur
Das Haus ist sogar noch größer als die Bilder vermuten lassen und es ist einfach alles super! Federica erkundigt sich bereits im Voraus per SMS, ob sie helfen kann und war auch sonst jederzeit erreichbar, falls es Fragen gab. Die Gegend ist zwar eine Feriensiedlung aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
