Guy at the front desk was a Buckeye fan and a was in the Marines also, but that was the only thing good about this place. It looked old, dirty and smelled. I had been driving all day long and was exhausted (and slept a Lot worse places in the Marines, though i didn't pay for it), so i said screw it and went to sleep. Definitely wouldn't stay there again, not sure how the rating was so high.

It was cheap that is the good part and staff was friendly. Bad part fire alarm went off at like 4 am for a random reason it was shut off quickly though. Also it has a bug issue, but for the value it was not to bad.

Nothing glamorous but their rooms were clean and well maintained, great air conditioners, shower pressure strong, bathrooms and room well stocked with basics, staff was attentive and kind, breakfast was hot and surprisingly tasty. I’d stay here again if visiting Terrell, TX.

The road coming to the hotel is terrible. No elevator. The room smelled like weed and pinesol. Stains on the sheets, pillow cases and floor. Crusty spots on the floor. Toe nail clippings in the bathroom floor. Pee stains and pubic hairs in the bathtub. The guy at the front counter was rude to my wife when she complained about the room.

The hotel was extremely dirty. I do t think the carpets have been cleaned or vacuumed in months. Our room had water damage on the ceiling. Likely mold. Walls were cracked in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.

My stay in Terrell Texas

We booked a Hotels.com they got the date wrong. We went to the hotel thinking we were on the right day. They corrected it and helped us out and got us in a room that night. It was really awesome work specially for the marine that was working behind the counter. Thank you.

Good stay, basic hotel

The Quality Inn was a basic hotel in Terrell, with inside room doors. The staff were friendly, and the morning hot breakfast was better than simple cereal (they had waffles and eggs and sausage). Our room was clean, and the beds were typical hotel beds. A/C was cold as well. No major complaints, other than thin walls and loud neighbors. Made sleeping difficult.
