Temple Bar accommodation with hot tub in room

The Fleet is located right in the heart of the Temple Bar district. So that means you are in the heart of the day/evening action and do not have to walk far to find top notch pubs, restaurants, street food and a Tesco for your grab/go items including beer and wine. If take the road behind the hotel-it leads you to 2 amazing coffee/snack shops too. The hotel has a great bar/seating area that provides great ambiance to enjoy drinks etc. They offer food in their restaurant (albeit we did not eat there) but spoke to others who did who noted it was good food/value. Our room was a standard hotel room and fit us perfectly (since we are there to be out and about and not in the room!). As mentioned, you are in the heart of the Bar district, which is open/happening until 3am, so depending on where you are located in the hotel, if you have your windows open or not, you can and will hear noise. (this is just a reality of the amazing location and not anything to do with the hotel itself). For us, by the time we got in after long day/fun-filled evening, the noise did not stop us from sleeping with the window open. Truly great spot/value for money! Make sure you go to the Merchants Arch and hear their musicians and get VIP service from Declan at the bar!

Lovely location, very kind staff.

This place is very old and stinky. I hated being here and tried to spend as much time out of the hotel as possible. Small rooms, no AC, and it stinks when you walk in. Everything is dusty and dirty. There was a clump of someone’s hair on the floor of my room and stickers on the underside of the comforter which show it hadn’t been washed before my stay. Would not stay here again.
