Washing machine did not wash well, can only put one or two things in and the pod didn’t always dissolve.Could use some hooks for jackets. Bed was uncomfortable. Very very tight. Location was great and having a garage was a plus as street parking can be difficult to find.

We had a great time.We used downstairs bedroom due to TV bigger. Toilet is a little low and small. Upstairs toilet higher and bigger. Ice machine does not work, used ice trays. Hot tub could be upgraded and cleaner.Garage could be a little cleaner and neighbor had a lot of boxes for renovation that made it a little tighter.Overall though it was pleasent and would reccomend or utilize again.Cleaning people found my Theragun charger and notified management and they are mailing back.Thanks!

Parking was a hassle as our vehicle was too long. We searched for a legal space and thought we had one but didn’t. The host had gotten us a zone A. Any how, the fine was less than the cost of parking. Anyhow no fault of the hosting agency. It’s just an aggravation.

The property management team did a wonderful job stocking the home with thoughtful touches, including welcome goodies and plenty of toiletries, which made our stay extra comfortable. Overall the stay was great! My only comment is that I was a bit confused about the parking zones for the secondary vehicle. I texted over my vehicle information for my second vehicle, and was told I could park in Zone A. There was a concert in town, so the street parking was very full, and I was confused if I was able to park on the street / alley between Lulu and Telluride Lodge. We did not park here because we were worried that the parking spot belonged to someone in the Telluride Lodge, even though it was considered Zone A. I think some additional clarification of which streets we can and cannot park on with the secondary vehicle would be great. The place was great and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Mountain Top Experience

Our whole experience here was perfect! Our request for an early check-in was responded to quickly which was greatly appreciated. We accidentally locked the bathroom door from the outside resulting in the need to request assistance; a maintenance representative arrived within the hour. Communication was excellent, the rooms were very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the location was near downtown and an easy walk to the gondola station. The welcome “treats” were a nice surprise and enjoyed by all the guests. Thank you for creating such a beautiful environment for my family and friends to call “home” for our mountain top adventure!

Nice Stay for Bluegrass

Great deal. This condo (…for Telluride) was very reasonable and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The location, next to the ski lift, was convenient and the free town bus would drop us off right at the door. Brandon was an excellent host and attended to our every whim.

Condo was as described, and the kitchen recently remodeled. The kitchen however was very short on silverware. Also, several light bulbs were missing. There also seemed to be some problem with the baseboard heating system but there was a small space heater that worked fine.

Wonderful accommodation

We’ve stayed in a lot of places downtown telluride and this was a favorite! The location is a very easy walk to lift 7 or the free bus if you want to go to gondola. The unit was impeccably clean, the beds super comfortable. We had an extended stay and I like to cook and eat in. The kitchen was very well equipped and lacked for nothing. We highly recommend this unit

Another fantastic stay!

Found this place in 2023 and was so excited to come back this year. It's on the far end of town, so there's a lot of walking, but the scenery is gorgeous! Love taking the river trail to town and it's a beautiful walk out west on the trail too. Will definitely be back!
