PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in. Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente. O quarto que recebi era horrível: • Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado • A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade • Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono • Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado • Móveis velhos e mal conservados • Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in. A resposta? Um total descaso. O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente. É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo. Péssimo atendimento Quarto incompatível com o prometido

Uma das melhores ferias que tivemos!! Gracas ao Erivan! Reservamos um outro hotel por whatsapp e quando chegamos la nos colocaram em um quarto horrivel, com mau cheiro e mofo! Pedimos para trocar mas nos disseram que estava tudo lotado. Foi quando fomos ao Ramada e falamos com o Erivan que conseguiu nos encaixar em um quarto perfeito mesmo estando lotados devido a semana de Sao Joao. O hotel eh maravilhoso, cafe da manha excelente e o pessoal muito legal, sempre bem humorados e prontos para ajudar. Meu marido nao fala portugues e tivemos dificuldade em outros hoteis com a comunicacao e no Ramada eles conseguiram se comunicar tranquilamente. Primeira vez do meu marido no Brasil e ele ja quer voltar para esse hotel!! Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas dariamos com certeza! Super recomendo!

Pode melhorar a cama, colocar uma queen ou King de verdade pois eles usam duas camas de solteiro coladas uma na outra, e incomoda para dormir, pois sente a divisória. O café da manhã não muda, sempre as mesmas coisas, quarto muito claro, não apagam a luz do corredor a noite e não tem black out na porta da entrada que é de vidro. E não tem cadeiras na praia como mostra nas fotos.

Ficamos hospedados em um quarto superior duplo com varanda e tivemos uma experiência bastante negativa. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas: travesseiros desconfortáveis, banheiro extremamente sujo, box com lodo e peças faltando. O quarto parecia ser um improviso, com o esgoto do lavatório ligado de forma precária diretamente ao ralo. Além disso, o quadro de energia ficava dentro da cabine do chuveiro, o que representa um grande risco à segurança devido à combinação de energia e vapor. A janela do banheiro dava para o corredor dos quartos, comprometendo totalmente a privacidade. O blackout era de péssima qualidade e estava colado à parede com fitas adesivas. Solicitamos novos travesseiros na recepção, mas o pedido não foi atendido. No primeiro dia da estadia, após retornarmos de um passeio, pedimos a troca de quarto. O funcionário da recepção respondeu com deboche, dizendo que não poderia fazer nada. Os banheiros da área da piscina também eram confusos e sem sinalização adequada, a ponto de nem os próprios funcionários saberem informar a localização. Depois da primeira arrumação do quarto, o chão ficou completamente sujo, ensebado, tornando impossível andar descalço. Outros hóspedes que viajavam conosco relataram o mesmo problema em outro quarto, evidenciando falhas gerais na manutenção e na higienização. Em resumo, a hospedagem ficou muito aquém do esperado para a categoria do quarto e das condições anunciadas.

O melhor da estadia foi a recepção ao fazer o check in e o café da manhã, o restante foi terrível. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, banheiro com chuveiro péssimo, roupas de cama com cheiro de pó, a situação do banheiro péssima (pintura descascando, teto mofado), e atendimento no período da noite horrível (havia uma televisão na recepção, pedi educadamente para o rapaz que estava na recepção para colocar em um canal, ele disse que a TV tinha apenas aquele canal que estava, uma mentira, por sinal). Não recomendarei a ninguém, se pudesse, pediria meu dinheiro de volta.

Hospedagem perfeita. Levei meus pais pra conhecer Porto Seguro e não poderia terr escolhido um hotel melhor. Instalações impecáveis, tanto nas áreas conuns, destacando as piscinas bem cuidadas; bem como nós quartos limpos e bem cuidados, com a limpeza diária, mesmo sem termos solicitado Esse ponto nos leva ao staff sempre pronto a atender e todos muito gentis. Por último quero destacar o café da manhã bem completo, que atende bem as necessidades do inicio do dia..Enfim uma ótimo custo benefício.
