Hotel de bom custo benefício, bom espaços comuns, piscina, restaurante só não a academia. O café da manha achei meio fraco poderiam ter mais opções. Com relação ao atendimento não tenho nada a reclamar. Só uma observação com relação aos quartos, achei as luzes muito escurars principalmente na sala e a divisória do box ruim, pois como sa meia "porta" deixa o resto do banheiro todo molhado. E com relação a area kids poderia ser melhor e ter um brinquedão pois qdo chove não tem nada para entreter as crianças. A praia em frente é ok para crianças por ser menos agitada, boa rm mare baixa.

A estadia foi excelente, retornarei e recomento 😁. O hotel tem estrutura com piscina e praia calma com pé na areia. Quarto novo, ótima estrutura, chuveiro bom e cama boa com estrutura básica de cozinha com pia, frigobar e microondas. Minha estadia foi de meia pensão(café e janta) tinha o interesse de fazer passeios ao londo do dia, mas acho que o custo beneficio do all inclusive vala a pena para quem fique alguns dias sem fazer muitos passeios. O unico ponto de melhoria seria na parte de alimentação, principalmente no restaurante principal que foi o que utilizei, o atendimento poderia melhorar, a variedade da comida e reposição delas. Percebi que tem dias que é bem basico e a reposição realmente é um problema.

Um terror

Tudo deu errado, o hotel está sem manutenção, trocaram a gente de quarto porque tínhamos um quarto sem toalhas suficientes, sem mantas suficientes, e ainda com o vaso sanitário entupido. No novo quarto o chuveiro estava sujo e cada jato para um lado, a cama quebrada, a televisão no mudo 24 horas, ficamos sem energia, sem água, água completamente suja. O hotel não tinha reposição correta dos ingredientes do café da manhã. Uma coisa horrorosa passamos. Wi-Fi não funcionava, a luz o tempo todo acesa, não apagava, dormimos com a luz acesa no quarto. Distribuímos ação na justiça, estamos aguardando.

Gostei bastante da estadia. Quarto amplo, respeito ao horário de silêncio e educacao dos funcionários. Contudo, a alimentação deixou muito a desejar. Usei o sistema de pensao completa e se tivesse utilizado o all inclusive teria me arrependido. A comida falta tempero, falta variedades, principalmente de carnes e sobremesa. De todas as refeicoes acho que o almoço é a melhorizinha.

Bom custo benefício. 3vezes no hotel. O hotel é bem cuidado, tanto exterior e interior dos quartos. Fiquei desda vez na pensão completa. Comida é ok (bom). Continua com atrações dentro do hotel, tanto para adultos e crianças. Nada a reclamar dos funcionários. É perto da praia da coroa vermelha, dar uns 12 reais de uber. Recomendo e voltaria novamente.

Anuncio enganoso quanto a localização

A pior parte foi estar escrito no anuncio “2 min de carro do aeroporto” e na verdade foram 30 min e 100,00 de uber. Isso é uma falta de respeito! Reservei por achar que era do lado do aeroporto e atrapalhou toda nossa logística de transfer ja que nao ficaria em porto seguro. O hotel fica na divisa com coroa vermelha! Chegamos de madrugada, cansados e não tinha uma água no frigobar do quarto e nem instruções de wifi ja que la nao havia sinal. O quarto era bem longe da recepção e tive que ir ate la para ter essas 2 coisas que seriam básicas! Para ajudar, no quarto em si não pegava wifi, so na “sala” e na varanda. A cama tinha uma divisória e era dura/de mola, nao sei dizer mas nao achei confortavel. O café da manhã sem reposição do que ia acabando e faltando varias placas para saber o que era o que, mas o que comi estava bom, nada demais. Jamais fecharia um all inclusive la!

Hotel fantástico e estadia perfeita.

A estrutura do hotel é fantástica, quartos, piscina e brinquedos para crianças. Time de recreação foi bom. Com relação a alimentação gostamos bastante, optamos pensão completa, ou seja, café da manhã e janta, ambas refeições de muita qualidade. O único ponto a melhorar é com relação ao atendimento dos funcionários, algumas vezes parecem não estarem felizes e isso reflete no atendimento

Economizam com besteira aí ficam nas 3* mesmo

Altos: lugar bonito e novo, jardins cuidados, drinks saborosos, quarto amplo e equipado, camas boas, limpeza ok, praia, bar e animadores bons, funcionários empenhados, ceia digna de Natal, mas faltou rabanada e farofa avulsa (imperdoável, rs) Baixos: lugar com mais de 600 apts, pra mais de 2.500 pessoas e só 3 piscinas, fora a kids, turvas à tarde; 2 dos 3 baldes dos brinquedos aquáticos sem funcionar e sem conserto algum em 10 dias; por 2 dias praticamente só frango grelhado no buffet, poucas carnes, chega a ter mais camarão do que carne vermelha pra se ter ideia; lobby bem quente, ar-condicionado não dá vazão; limpeza do quarto começou zoada, funcionária não deixava as águas, papel higiênico, xampu e sabonete, tive de correr atrás e reclamar com a gerência; hotel fica atrás dos concorrentes porque ECONOMIZA COM BESTEIRA: cobra aluguel de toalhas e travesseiros extras; poucos secadores de cabelo por até 2h/vez, nos emprestaram um 127V, quando a cidade é 220V; água de coco do all-inclusive só das 9 às 18h, vinho só Reserva Aurora Meio-Seco; na praia, espreguiçadeiras só umas 12, várias rachadas, mesas e cadeiras 100% PVC, uma pena, zona subaproveitada; pouquíssimas espreguiçadeiras, cadeiras e mesas das piscinas, literalmente disputadas a tapa, bem pouca sombra nas piscinas, uma pena, muito espaço sobrando pra cadeiras e árvores; recepção demorada e a seco, academia só com um aparelho principal e sem música, sorvete do buffet geloso, água com açúcar, faltou espumante

Muito bom. Vou pelo segundo ano com toda a nossa familia passar o Natal. Ótima limpeza dos quartos, área de lazer excelente. Sugestão: aumentar staff para ceia, todos colaboradores muito atenciosos mas não foi justo com os hospedes que fizeram o 2o tempo da ceia devido a falta de reposição. Estamos repensando a ida no próximo Natal devido a falta de manutenção do chuveiro e pela ausência de porta no box, o que faz uma bagunca no apartamento.
