Everything was great overall, but the check-in was 30 minutes late. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room; you have to pick it up at the reception, and they only allow you to use it for 40 minutes.

1 star stay, 5 star service

We stayed in this hotel for several days. Our air conditioning was not working properly so it was pretty hot throughout the night. In addition, the room was full of mosquitoes and me and my friend were bit throughout the night (despite using tons of mosquito repellent), making it almost impossible to sleep. However during our last night, we asked to be moved to another room and the staff graciously did in the middle of the night, plus got us fans for the room. The mosquito issue was still a problem but not as bad in the new room. However, I rated the staff services 5 stars because they were really accommodating regarding accommodations and information to make our vacation more pleasant. PS. Wifi is only available in the pool and lobby area, in case this is important to you.

Gostei com ressalvas.

Na busca informa 4 estrelas, eu dou 3, gostei da localização, fiquei no bloco principal, uma construção estilo, um pouco rústica, logo tem madeira e o quarto fechado estava com um cheiro um pouco forte, nada que uma janela aberta não resolva, tem outro bloco com construção mais nova, mas não conheci internamente, com certeza indico para os amigos.

O hotel é péssimo. Provavelmente o pior em que já estive. A avaliação neste site não condiz com a realidade. Posteriormente fui ver que a avaliação é baixa em outros sites. A internet é impossível de utilizar, não funcionou em nenhum dia. A televisão também não tem canais e como an internet não funciona, não dá para utilizar. A piscina é suja de areia e tanto a piscina precisam de manutenção. A condição geral da estrutura toda é ruim. Por fim, o hotel recebe excursões de empresas (com 5 ou 6 ônibus) de hospedes que não respeitam as normas de silêncio durante a noite.

Apenas razoável. Sacada do apto 224 dava pra um telhado com caixa uma de areia, cheia de cocô de gatos. Hotel grande e bem localizado mas tumultuado, recebe ônibus de excursões,no que torna o ambiente sempre barulhento e movimentado, saguão sempre cheio. Teve dia com 6 onibus lotados chegando. Sobre o quarto, apesar de a descrição ser luxo, tinha cheiro de umidade, uma das camas parecia uma canoa, afundava o centro do colchão. Toalhas e roupas de cama ressecados e sem qualquer aroma, parece que lavam só com agua.. Piscina proxima ao estacionamento com limo nos rejuntes... Café bom 3 variado, equipe nota 10. Equipe de recepção me negou acesso ao microondas para esquentar um salgado, justificando que só era pra mamadeiras.

Já foi um excelente hotel, a recepção é um pesadelo, parece que não querem os clientes, uma má vontade que gera uma insatisfação logo no início. Tem uma excelente estrutura, mas a recepção é o cartão postal de um hotel, e isso o hotel não tem. O café da manhã bem fraco pra um hotel desse porte, com chuva impossível atravessar sem se molhar, uma cobertura simples resolveria o problema. A sauna funciona somente de 16 às 18h um outro ponto negativo. Fiquei no quarto 306, durante o banho o banheiro virou uma piscina e a pia estava entupida, relatei o problema e resolveram. Mas minha impressão sobre o hotel é que não tem como melhorar, acho que tem que dar um choque nos funcionários e dizer pra eles que os hóspedes são muito importantes para que os empregos de todos sejam mantidos. Eu não me hospedo mais.
