Incredible view, easy walk to Corso Umberto once you get up the stairs from the house. Clean and beautiful accommodation. Nice water pressure and a cute little welcome basket. 10/10 would recommend.

This property was everything you need and more. Comfortable and clean and in a great location with a spectacular view. We arrived to a care package which was a pleasant surprise. Beach umbrellas and beach towels were provided for our use. The patio overlooking the Ioinian Sea was large and provided a space to lounge in the sun. One of the most unique properties we have ever stayed at. If you have health issues or problems walking, it may be an issue for there are numerous stairs to get down to the house. The hostess was very helpful! I would absolutely come back!

Absolutely beautiful home! Pristine and well decorated. View is amazing and the location perfection. Stefani is a fabulous host even arranging for portage in the middle of the night. I would give a 10 if I could.

Great views and location

Had a little problem initially with the parking. But, after that everything was fantastic! we would definitely stay there again. Location A+. The are a number of stairs required to reach this location.

Everything we hoped for!

The view is spectacular (getting up for the sunrise is certainly worthwhile!), the apartment is charming, and Chiara was warm and extremely responsive to our questions. The many steps from the house up to the road nicely offset the delicious meals (and in-between-meals treats) that we ate In Taormina. We had a perfect stay!

Stunning Views and warm and comfortable.

The rental was better in person then in photos. A beautiful home with a spectacular view and a spectacular deck. The location is private and centrally located so I was able to walk everywhere including down to the water. Stefania and Sabrina were great hosts.

This was a perfect place to relax after two weeks of hiking in the Amalfi coast and Sicily . The decor is beautiful and extremely well thought out for comfort & functionality . The kitchen while small has everything you need to cook for a family & many beautiful dishes if you want to set a lovely table . Coffee tea milk and sugar, juice and a bit of food to get you started were provided . A wonderful surprise . The large patio with best view where you could see the sunrise or sunset from as well as being to see the from two of the bedrooms was spectacular. This is one of the best Vrbo I’ve stayed at

Lovely location

The house was absolutely wonderful and stylish. The view was awesome and even made the thunderstorms entertaining. Everything we needed was there with a greeting box on arrival containing the basics. Sabrina was in touch right from the start of the holiday and showed us around the house at very unsociable hours and Stephania kept in touch too providing even more information. Would happily visit again.

GEM OF A LOCATION COMFORTABLE CLEAN HOMEY AND LUXE!! House is clean, amply outfitted for indoor out door comforts, shower pressure and amenities for cooking are of high quality, bedroom is secluded with both open amd closed access to the beautiful views. Outside terrace is a treasure for morning sunbathing late night dinner and drinks. We would stay here again for sure. Wonderful unique decor throughtout the house. Washer and cleaning amenities made it a great stop as we traveled west to Cefalu. As everyome who travels to Italy knows you must negotiate steps. The property and views are accessible by doing 150 steps. Please plan ahead for luggage even if traveling light with booking a porter through the host. We were doing 2 weeks in sicily and checked bags were a must. Note: plan the parking. We had a mid size bmw and were traveling onto other towns after Taormina. The lot called Luca is a 5 min walk from the top of the steps of property. You pull up there is a small veranda area with a bench where you can drop bags with a person. WalkIng back from the Luca parking is easy. This is paid parking. We did not investigate other parking as this one was closest. We felt the lot was secure and car was easily accessible. All areas of the town are a 10 -15 min walk from the property.

Eine besondere Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Casa nella Rocchia sehr gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Großzügige Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Willkommenspaket war eine schöne Überraschung! Uns war nicht bewusst, dass es 120 Treppenstufen gibt, um zur Unterkunft rauf und runter zu kommen, aber beim Transport unseres Gepäcks bekamen wir Unterstützung. Chiara, Stefania und Edith waren außerordentlich hilfsbereit für alle unsere Bedürfnisse – vielen Dank. Es befremdet die Forderung nach der Gruppe und, dass man die Bewertung der Gastgeberin erst nach der eigenen Bewertung erhalten soll!!!!

Belles vacances en famille à Taormina

Beau logement, confortable, très bien décoré et équipé. Magnifique vue. Accès direct au centre ville( après 120 marchés pour rejoindre la rue). Très bon accueil de Chiara. Petit bémol : l'annonce indique qu'une place de parking est présente ( ce qui est très appréciable à Taormina en pleine saison). En fait, il faut louer une place à l'hôtel voisin pour 20 € par jour supplémentaires.

Très belle surprise !

Nous sommes arrivées le 6 septembre fin de journée et nous avons très bien été accueillies. La maison est fidèle aux photos sur l’annonce. La cerise sur le gâteau fût la terrasse : magnifique vue! Si vous vous rendez à Taormina n’hésitez pas à réserver cet endroit ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Amazing view!

We had a very nice time staying at this property. It's situated on a hill; hence the amazing view. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Stefania met us when we arrive to help us locate the parking and getting to the property. Just be warned that there are steps. We counted about 120 steps. Must walk down to get to property. Not a big deal for us but it might be a concern for someone with mobility issues. It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and many sight seeing tours in Taormina. Overall, it was a nice experience. Stefania stocked the kitchen with goodies as well to get us started.

Lovely hideaway

Great location for both town centre and cable car to the beach, with lovely views. Easy walk from bus station, final stop for bus from Catania airport. Stefania and her sister were very helpful with any enquiries. Flat is tastefully decorated, with lovely terrace.
