The villa lies in the countryside Estate in Taormina: Between Etna and the Sea
Set within an expansive family estate producing organic lemons, oranges, and olive oil, this villa-château offers a secluded retreat that remains strategically connected. It is located just 2 km from the coast and 7 km from the heart of Taormina.

The Grounds
The property is defined by its mature gardens and the surrounding citrus groves. The layout is designed for outdoor living:

Etna Views: The volcano provides a constant backdrop. On active nights, guests can often watch the eruptions directly from the garden—a rare vantage point.

Al Fresco Dining: A large gazebo (seating up to 30) allows for group meals overlooking the volcano, complemented by a dedicated barbecue area tucked into the lemon grove.

Pool & Solarium: A private swimming pool is set within the greenery, offering a quiet space for relaxation.

The Residence (Capacity: 16 Guests)
The estate has been restored to balance its historic charm with modern essentials: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and private fridges in every bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with incredible views of Mount Etna. We were fortunate to have perfect weather, which made the most of the outdoor-focused space. Our kids loved the pool, and it was a perfect place to unwind after exploring. Our favorite moments were morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace, enjoying the stunning scenery.A few things future guests should note: the bedrooms are divided into three separate units, each with its own entrance and lock, and they are not connected. One unit has four bedrooms and a loft, another includes one bedroom and the kitchen, and the third has two bedrooms. This setup may be challenging for families with younger children. The key system was initially confusing but became manageable.The property is also a working farm, with staff present Monday through Friday. This surprised us at first, but they were respectful and did not disrupt our stay.A highlight was dinner with Maria—an amazing experience we highly recommend. The location is excellent, about 20 minutes from Taormina, with a grocery store nearby. A car is strongly recommended.Overall, our multi-generational group of 16 had a fantastic stay and loved our time in Sicily. Highly recommend Chateaux Lemon!

Our family just returned from Chateau Lemon, and "trip of a lifetime" is the only way to describe it. If you are looking at the photos and thinking it looks beautiful, please know that the pictures do not do this property justice.The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. We spent our mornings wandering through the lush lemon groves and among the vibrant flowering trees all while staring at an incredible, unobstructed view of Mount Etna. It felt like living in a postcard.The accommodations were wonderful and impeccably clean. We had a large group of 14, and the layout fit all of us easily without ever feeling crowded. The location is also hard to beat—it’s perfectly situated and an easy drive to both Giardini-Naxos and Taormina, giving us the perfect balance of secluded luxury and easy access to the local sights.What truly sets this home apart is the service. Mathilde, our on-site host, was amazing. She was attentive and helpful every step of the way. Even when we ran into a bit of bad luck with a flat tire, she was right there on hand to help us sort it out! The most memorable part of our entire stay was the dinner prepared by Maria. I cannot recommend this enough—it is a must-do! We ate incredible, authentic Sicilian food under the vine-covered veranda with Mount Etna glowing in the background. It was magic.Our family is so grateful for the memories we made here. This property was a huge reason why our trip was so special. I recommend Chateau Lemon 100%!

Great spot for family vacation

We had a fantastic stay. Communication was excellent in helping arrange transportation when needed and a couple of delicious meals served on site cooked by Maria. The property is charming and beautiful and very spacious for the twelve people we had in our group. We had the most wonderful time!

Love this place!

This villa was the perfect place to spend with family. It was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. Beautiful scenery, 2 pools, and highly recommend their breakfast and dinner options. Maria’s homecooked Sicilian meals were the best food on the entire trip. Nice and close to Taormina and Mt. Etna day trips. Excellent communication made check in and stay very enjoyable. Laundry onsite was a bonus.

Slice of paradise in a wonderful location

This amazing villa worked wonderful for our family of 10. With three different dining locations, two pools and many different gathering areas. We used the pool daily and just loved the communication with the owner and Mathilde were great. Mathilde could not be more accommodating with suggestions and helping with some minor issues. Just loved every minute. Would stay here again, no question about it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We stayed here with family and friends as we were attending our son’s wedding in Taormina. The prefect location for accessibility to Taormina and surrounding areas. It allowed us to spend time together pre and post the wedding. The pools and surrounding grounds were well maintained and a great respite from the heat! Overall, it was a great facility.

Perfect friend/family getaway location

We were four families with young children and the layout of the rooms and the property was ideal for us. The kids played all day in the pool and in the garden while the adults enjoyed the stunning surroundings of the property. We had a wonderful experience with Monica who helped with check in, organizing dinner at the villa a few nights and tips for the area. Perfect location close to a small town with all the essentials (coffee shops, supermarkets etc). Would recommend to anyone looking to spend a week with friends or family and book Maria to cook for you! No complaints here!

Magical Time in Sicily

My family visited Naxos as a part of a milestone birthday celebration. I took my three adult children/spouses/grandchildren to see their roots. What a wonderful surprise to arrive at Villa Etna. The home was lovely, fully air-conditioned, and the yard was beautifully groomed. The kitchen was well equipped. Monica even bought a blender for us when I asked for one. I can't say enough about the gracious and loving care we received from Monica. She was the most responsive host we have ever had. Gabriel also came by to check that all was well. Maria's cooking was terrific and it is a meal we will all remember. And on top of all that, we really did see Mt. Etna from many angles of the property. I would definitely return and highly recommend this space for young and old!

Fantastic group stay

We had a fantastic group stay at the villa that comfortably accommodated for a group of 12 adults. The facilities and environment were beautiful and well enjoyed by our group. The house team and manager were very welcoming and accommodated most of our needs. We were quite disappointed to lose our security deposit due to some stains on the terracotta tiles which were the flooring for all the communal outdoor cooking and dining areas. We were not warned of the risk or advised of the caution needed when cooking and eating in these areas which led to a disappointing outcome. It would be helpful for future guests if this information was included in the check-in process. All in all, we had a marvellous stay and will remember our group holiday at the villa very fondly.

Beautiful villa well located to explore the area.

Our extended family of 9 stayed her for a week in July. The views from the grounds are beautiful and we were very surprised by the amount of space you have outside with plenty of room to sit in the shade, swim and sunbathe. We also enjoyed a game of football with Etna as our bsckdrop! All the bedrooms are a good size with their own bathroom. Monica was very welcoming and helpful and a real star. We booked Maria to cook for us one evening which was fantastic. As well as amazing food, Maria was so friendly. Nearby we visited Taormina, Isla Bella and Naxos which are all lovely but very very busy. We loved Castelmola as very peaceful and Ragusa. The only things I can suggest in terms of improvement would be a better bbq (in size and weight); a larger kettle and some more sun loungers. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family.

Long weekend for 10 guys

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Garden is nice and outside sitting area nice and spacious. Rooms are good and beds were made up as separate units. Kitchen could use a second percolator for coffee and we had to clean the dishwasher sprayer arms as they were clogged up and didn’t clean the dishes (afterwards it worked fine). The view is spectacular and swimming pool is good. There are enough interesting sites in the area for excursions. I would go there again.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie villa très confortable et spacieuse. La maison offre un très bon confort, ses aménagements sont de très bonnes qualités et le jardin très agréable, fleuri et agrémenté d’une vue magnifique sur l’etna. La grande piscine a été très appréciée de nos enfants. Le service journalier était très efficace tout comme les bons conseils de la property manager Monica.

In een woord perfect!

Deze woning is perfect. Mooi gelegen, mooi ingericht en zeer compleet. Wij voelden ons met toen volwassen en een baby zeer verwend. Dit kwam ook door de lieve Monica en Maria. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Het internet werkte niet meer door een blikseminslag in de buurt, maar daar kon niemand iets aan doen. Een echte aanrader!!!
