I loved the outdoor bathroom with its rock wall & tropical greenery. The varied choice for breakfast. Having 2 pools was good as children kept to the one I didnt even try.

No Gymnasium or exercise facility. No mini bar in the room. No coffee pod machine in the room, not even a plunger and they refused to supply either. The pool at the Pool villas consistently carried leaf litter. Adding insult to injury, they have deliberately crippled WiFi calling on their Internet connection. When asked, they gave no reason for this. I emailed them about this and eight days later am still awaiting a response. I used the WiFi in the cafes in town to make WiFi calls. No other establishment I have stayed at in the last six months (about five) did this. The establishment is old and tired: I get the impression they're just waiting for an opportunity to knock it down and rebuild. 5 star? They're kidding. Maybe 25 years ago. Not now. The world has moved on and expectations have risen.
