This single-family home is located in highly desired South Tampa near MacDill Air Force Base and Ballast Point Park. We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

💰Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.

📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Hard truth but please be warned!

Terrible experience! The sleeper sofa in the living room is not as advertised. It is just a couch that does NOT open up into a sleeper. The home smelled of an overwhelming cigarette smell, the host had to send in an ozone treatment to neutralize the smell. The master shower glass door was missing, the sink did not drain, sheets felt like sandpaper, a/c did not cool below 75 degrees, and the neighbors were outside smoking weed. We did not feel comfortable and had to leave the very next morning. The host did not refund any additional fees, just the minimal unused nightly fee. This experience was terrible and unacceptable!

Misleading

The home was nice and we loved the pool and putting green in backyard. Otherwise I’ll never use Vrbo again! The master bathroom did not have a shower door it looked like it was broken off completely.. and the ad said the place was newly renovated. The rental agency claims they had no idea at all that there was a missing door. Mind you it was so nice the pics of bathroom we couldn’t wait to use the shower…the place had not been cleaned there were ashes, cigarette butts, broken outside furniture, empty water bottles under master bed.. all kinds of dirt and dust on the floors, which I could see perfectly, also dead bugs behind the couch. They wouldn’t even offer us a refund at all and waited til 10am when we were already gone to offer us a few days to stay longer. They knew we wouldn’t be able to check the message at that time since we had to checkout by 10. I am pissed I spent this much on a place and it wasn’t what we expected based on pictures.

The house is just as expected, very homey and relaxing. The backyard is relaxing and very sunny. We had a good time cooking and enjoying the holiday.The rooms were nice size and the living room was great to play board games.

Lovely home, a few inconveniences too many added fees.

The property and home were lovely. Well appointed. Had all necessary supplies and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Beautiful back yard, quiet neighborhood. The rental company required a huge ampunt of identity verification which was inconvenient since I was traveling the week prior. Lots of texts from them the week of our stay, they also sent a text asking if we wanted to come a day early, however when we called the number they told us to call back later that evening. They then sent a text the night before our depature asking if we wanted to extend our stay (which we did) when we called the number were put on hold and then they hung up so we left at our original time and obviously did not come a day early. The price for the house was good but the added fees doubled the cost. A little pricey for 2 full sized beds and a set of bunk beds. I never leave a negative review but there were just a few annoyances with the management company itself. Home was very nice and very clean, pool was beautiful but we could not use it due to cold weather and pool was not heated.

Great property!

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. Only snag was the shower door in the master bath wouldn’t open, as there were only four of us it didn’t disrupt us too much. But may be a consideration for larger groups. But highly recommend - beautiful pool, wonderful location.

Family vacation

Backyard paradise

Property was good and house was comfortable. Backyard was great and a real congregation point. We came down for the Fire Department Olympics and had 6 people staying in the house. The only issue was when we were relaxing and using the backyard apparently somehow the owner thought we were partying which was prohibited.

Super cute house!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house and property are so cute and well done. It was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was perfect. We spent most of our time in it! Check-in & check-out were easy and as communicated. We didn’t have any issues while staying, but it was evident they were available if needed due to clear and consistent communication from the property managers. It was a little farther down Dale Mabry than I expected, but it was still super convenient to everything.

From the moment you pull into the driveway, you know the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making this home look beautiful and offer you all you could want! The grounds are well kept and the backyard is absolutely stunning! From the gorgeous pool to the beautiful hardscape, to the luxurious patio furniture. The putting green was so fun for the kids. The pool water was a great temperature and stunning to look at while your kids have the best time. The interior of the home is charming with a boho chic design and it's full of gorgeous décor. The bedrooms are cozy and bright, and the bedding/furniture is clean and comfortable. Each bathroom is beautiful with its recently renovated tile work and trendy gold fixtures. The kitchen (and bathrooms) is thoughtfully stocked with everything you may need or want. The backyard is also equipped with a Weber bbq, string lights, and an outdoor fireplace. Absolutely perfect! The fencing around the backyard also provides tons of privacy and gives you the feeling that you are in your own private resort. We really appreciated the extra touches the owners provided for the outdoors. The faux grass is also a fantastic addition to make it look pristine and as if you are at a resort. The home's location may not be in the best part of town but we felt safe overall. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and other residents stayed to themselves. Thank you for a fantastic stay at your home. We will be sure to rent this home again when we are back in the Tampa area. ~ Stephanie
