Come and enjoy are newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Tampa. We are located in the trendy Seminole Heights neighborhood and just minutes from downtown. Apartment provides lots of privacy and security with a gated courtyard entry. Our historic building was built in early 1920's with lots of modern upgrades. The apartment is loaded with amenities perfect for long or short term stays. Courtyard has a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Ample parking on both sides of building and have video surveillance. Cozy stay

We had a cozy stay in this one bedroom apartment. It is in close vicinity to many tourist spots like the Tampa Zoo, Marine Walk, Museums etc. Fortunately they have designated parking, or parking on the streets can get tricky.
