When I made the initial booking for this property, I was not aware that there was a tenant living in an apartment attached to the house. I had to deal with cooking odors coming from the tenants apartment, and could hear the tenant snoring all night long, through the paper thin wall.There were big gaps in the outside doors, which in turn let in bugs and geckos, and dead bugs in the dishes cupboard.It was gross to not have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Half used rolls sitting on top of the toilet tank, and whose dirty hands have touched them.The kitchen didn’t have any hand towels, had to use paper towels for everything.Not the best experience

Overall it's was an okay stay. Decent listing. It was not disclosed that it's shared units with separate entrances. Tenant was good, but it was have been appreciated to know that it was not a one tenant occupied building. Let's just say walls were thin.

Check in process was seamless. The host was SO sweet, we had a minor technical difficulty on a Sunday & he was there to resolve the problem in 15 minutes. The area is very nice & close to all of the things we had planned to do. The house is super clean, comfy beds. We had a wonderful stay.

Musty and unequipped

Got to the property and the code to get in did not work. There was a neighbor parking in the driveway, he parked there all week, we had to park in gravel. There was a musty smell in the house. The bathroom was only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper, and no toilet paper dispenser, had to hold your own roll. Only 4 towels and no laundry supplies. Keurig coffee maker had algae growing in it. Lawn needed mowed and yard needs some upkeep. I have stayed at a few vrbo rentals before and this is the first time I am giving a negative review. I would not recommend staying here. Definitely not worth what we paid.

First time in florida

The house worked out perfict for our quick stay out there. I have to say it was very clean and everything seemed like it was brand new. If i had one thing to say i didnt like having to park on the rocks it would of been nice to park under the awning do to the rain, but house was great.
