It was perfect. Really courteous and helpful check in and out. The room was fabulous with complimentary snacks and drinks, and the most comfortable bed we’d slept in all holiday. It was very clean and had a wonderful deep bath to relax in, just what we needed after our flight. There was no noise from the planes which must have been close by, so we had a very restful stay. The complimentary buggy service from the terminal worked for us too.

Service for a disabled traveller was impeccable - so rare. 100% to the staff and hotel. Lovely hotel. Shuttle is brilliant. Did not feel like an airport hotel at all. Adjacent to the terminal - not need to leave the terminal at all. Check out care wax stunning including arranging my wheelchair assistance instantly. As someone who regularly flies and frequently has to wait 40+ minutes for a pre-booked wheelchair to arrive - this was a revelation. Really well done.

Great location for a KL airport stopover. The buggy service to the hotel was very efficient; the hotel staff very welcoming and the room was large and comfortable. Great ‘tourist bar’ were we had excellent service and generous portions of wine! Would certainly recommend.
