I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bathroom had visible mold in the caulking around the tub, which was unacceptable. The tub faucet would not fully shut off, so water was constantly running. The TV was also broken, with a cracked screen and an image that kept freezing, making it impossible to watch. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the room. There was dirt in the desk chair, under the desk, under the edge of the bed, and in multiple places where the vacuum clearly hadn’t reached. It gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. On top of that, the receptionist seemed inconvenienced by my checking in, which was not a welcoming experience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and poor service made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Nice hot water. Good vents in bathroom. Adequate breakfast. Comfortable, clean beds and towels. Air and heat functioned well. But, roach in bathroom. Crumblinĝ plaster by bathtub. TV was crooked. Stain in bathtub. Hole in sheer curtains. Deep ðust on bulbs in lamps. Stains on shades. Electric shòrt in desk lamp. Old stained carpet in guestroom hall. Hole in ceiling next to sprinkler head. Hard uncomfortable occasional chair. Tvs and staff too loud Saturday morning. No hot chocolate mix at breakfast.

I’ve had better breakfast. Sausage was dry and tasted reheated. Pancake/waffle batter was very bitter as if it had gone bad. All the other breakfast options weren’t too bad. Our room looked clean and was very spacious, but it smelled bad and we had a hard time going to sleep. It smelled a lot like damp cloths and feet. We tried covering up the smell with perfume, but it only made it smell worse. Conditioner was out before even using it. Staff were friendly and helpful, but we were too tired to even ask for anything. Air conditioner worked great btw.

My reservation was “cancelled” by staff. I never stayed in a room at this Comfort Inn. I was forced to pay and stay at the Baymont hotel around the corner. Costing me hundreds of dollars in additional funds. And putting my bank account into a negative status for the first time in more than a decade. The staff at the Comfort Inn even called the local police to have me removed from the lobby after I refused to leave.
