• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.



• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.

3 bedroom home is located in a quiet forested neighborhood on Tahoe’s West Shore. Home has a two-car garage, large plot of land, huge deck with summertime patio seating, gas grill and hot tub at the exterior. The interior of the cabin features an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood flooring on the lower level plus a wood burning fireplace (unavailable until further notice) in living area. The kitchen is updated with high-end appliances including a gas range, wine fridge and large island for prepping those great family meals!



The living room has a large L-shaped couch with a pull-out sleeper sofa and television with cable and DVD player. Off of the living area, there is a bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The downstairs bedroom houses a queen bed and overlooks the backyard. This room also has a flat-screen ROKU television for streaming as well as cable service. The downstairs bathroom is a full bath with jetted tub/shower combo and nice updates like a pedestal sink and tile flooring.



The laundry room has a front-loading washing machine and clothes dryer. The towels for the spa are stored here as there is a sliding patio door with egress directly to the hot tub on the deck.



The upper level of the cabin has two more bedrooms and another bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom is considered the primary suite. It’s a huge space and has a private balcony and king bed plus a sitting area. The second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and a full/double bed for sleeping up to 4 guests.



Between the two bedrooms upstairs there’s a smaller bathroom with a soaking tub (no shower). This bathroom has also been updated with a pedestal vanity and a beautifully tiled tub.



Home sleeps up to 6 guests with ease and is available now for your group’s enjoyment!

Well maintained and clean cabin centrally located in Tahoe! It’s a close drive to Homewood and Palisades. There was only 1 shower which made it hard for our group of 7 to mobilize quickly but aside from that was a great stay.

Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. At the time of our visit, there was some construction next door but I can't fault the property for that. The downstairs bed was very creaky and that is the one upgrade I'd suggest. Otherwise, great value, great location, and comfortable house. Thank you!

Great location and lovely property!

We loved our stay here! We loved the home, deck, and hot tub. All the amenities were nicely labeled and easy to find in the kitchen. Generous laundry room and many towels available. The garage was convenient and easy to get in and out of. Only two downsides: there is currently construction going on next door so it was a bit noisy but not every day thankfully. Hopefully, they will finish soon and it won't be an issue! The cleaners did not clean under the couch before we got there (found out when I was looking for our puzzle pieces). We look forward to visiting the beautiful home again!

They plowed everytime it snowed and home was in a terrific location for accessing all the fun in Tahoe. The TV situation in living room is AWFUL so be sure to ask if they got a new SMART Tv. One of the reasons we chose the home was to be able top cook meals while kids are on tv. Tv was NOT usable. The blinbds in master need fixing but otherwise, Hot tub was clean and house was perfect for my family.
