Thompson's Landing-3 bedroom, 2.5 bath-Remodeled with great views from deck

Thompson's Landing has recently been remodeled and has everything you'll need to enjoy the most wonderful vacation in Tahoe! It boasts 3 full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is an easy stroll to the common area swimming pool (summer only), hot tub, sauna, tennis courts (tennis rackets & balls provided if you don't have your own!) and pickle-ball courts. There are also a basketball courts around the corner.

As you walk into this beautiful Condo, you enter the living, dining & kitchen areas. There's also a half bathroom downstairs alongside the kitchen and a nice back deck area. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and the other two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed with a walk in closet and full bathroom (stall shower). The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The twin bedroom is great for kids, as it has a library of movies they can watch on the television or play any of the numerous games provided.

Wood floors accent the downstairs living areas. The kitchen is absolutely stunning with its stainless-steel appliances, wood floors, granite counter tops and self closing cabinets & drawers! It has all the modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, gas range and in addition to the Cuisinart coffee maker, it has all the needed utensils, serving dishes, etc., including a Ninja Blender & all new cookware (2018) and makes for an amazing setting while entertaining family and friends! Next to the kitchen is also a full-size washer & dryer.

The dining room table accommodates 6 people comfortably and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. The living room has a large flat-screen television with Apple TV & Netflix, Blue Ray DVD player, stone (gas) fireplace! As you settle into this Condo, you'll find the Owners have thought of just about everything! You're welcome to pull the TV out from the wall and adjust accordingly for better viewing. The blinds in the living room and kitchen areas can be opened/closed with a push of a button.

Walk out onto the new back deck and relax in the shade as you whip up a scrumptious meal on the gas BBQ. The back deck also leads out to the common area swimming pool, hot tub AND sauna, tennis courts & pickle ball courts, which is just steps away!* Lake Forest & Skylandia Beaches are also just a short walk from this Condominium community. And you are within a short drive of world class skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe!

Please note that HOA amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance outside our control, and we are not able to offer compensation for such closures.

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.

Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in this Condominium Association, unless you're the owner of the unit.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

This condo was perfect! The best-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. We totally appreciated and took advantage of that for the couple of meals we cooked. Cute dining outside with shade and right near the quiet pool and hot tub. We walked to the beach and bopped around Tahoe City & Kings Beach and had the perfect weekend. Communiation with mgmt was excellent and check in and out were a breeze. Happy to have found this property and will definitely stay again.

The BEST home in Lake Forest!

Not only is the location within the community perfect, but the home itself, inside, is immaculate and very well stocked! We had everything we needed to enjoy the property and our stay. The beds were comfortable. The living area creates a space for lounging and great conversation, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We will definitely come back to this unit!

The pool and hot tub are easily accessible and just steps from the back door, the deck is shaded by trees and the view of the pool from the back deck is nice to keep an eye on the kids! We also enjoy going to the lake which is only a couple blocks away. Can't wait to come back to Thompson's Landing.

The downstairs is tastefully updated and has a Tahoe feel. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We will definitely be staying here again whether it be summer or winter.

My wife, 2 kids, and I had a wonderful stay. Comfortable and cozy townhome with easy and quick access to downtown Tahoe City as well as Alpine and Palisades ski resorts. Oh and the hot tub 100 feet from our back porch was pretty great too!

Great location for a family, multiple options for outdoor activities

We were very happy to stay in this house. It’s the perfect size for our family of 5 (different age groups). Overall we had a good time staying here. It is centrally located: the back is right in front of the swimming pool with a hot tub and the tennis courts. The lake is within walking distance and Safeway is 3 min driving distance. The only negative point associated with this location is the noise level in the evening: the house doesn’t have AC so it gets hot at night. Although all rooms are equipped with powerful fans, if you leave your window open (the master bedroom), you will be disturbed with the noise of people gathering at the pool past the allowed time (past 10:00pm). Otherwise, I would definitely come back here and would recommend the property.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and the downstairs has been recently re-done. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The property is within walking distance to the beach(12 minutes) and conveniently located to Tahoe City and activities. We would definitely stay again.
