Enter on the lower level which offers a master suite with a plush King bed and 3/4 bathroom (large shower but no tub), a second bedroom with 2 Twin beds, along with a full guest bathroom and laundry in the hall.
Upstairs, the living room features a large flat screen TV over a gas fireplace, leather couch and 2 easy chairs. Off of the living room is a deck overlooking the Lake Forest Boat Launch. Dining area for 6 is situated next to the fully equipped kitchen. Third bedroom with Queen bed, private balcony and shared 3/4 bath (large shower but no tub) are also on this level.

My family enjoyed its stay. The condo was clean, tidy and well managed. Beds were all very comfortable. Very little to complain about, great location and complex is nice. Cons: bring shampoo, and it can get warm in afternoon.

Perfect location. Beautiful condo.
Totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Best feature for us is its proximity to the boat ramp (we brought our jet ski). Newish kitchen appliances and good quality dishes, silvers, knives.
Negatives: pls have electric fan in each room (we had to ask the 2nd day — promptly delivered)
Have TV instruction on how to make it work. Oldies had to rely on our teen’s you tube air play app so we can watch the Olympics.
Overall: great, great stay!!! 4.5 stars!!!
Yes, we would like to rent this unit again in the future if available.

Wonderful Three Nights in Upgraded Condo
The property is well-situated, with a short walk to the beach, albeit a rocky beach. The pool and spa are delightful and centrally located. A kitchen, which is well equipped, shares the upstairs with mountain themed decor, cozy furniture, a picnic-style table and a fireplace. My 8-year-old grandson loved climbing the ladder to the loft, which was stocked with games.
The deck affords a peek at the lake and was pleasant in the morning, before it was flooded with sun.
The five of us enjoyed all the amenities during our short visit.
Oh, and the bed in the master was very comfy, which made for a restful night. Nice, roomy, tile shower too!

Cozy little hideaway
It's a cozy little hideaway, conveniently located a short driving distance away from Tahoe City.
The place have a rustic feel (old furniture?) but appliances and dishes in the kitchen as well as bathrooms are all updated.
It's true, there's no AC - We stayed there on a hot weekend but opening the window and turning on the fan cooled the place quickly.

Stayed during super hot weekend, so temps exceeded 90 degrees in the main living area. 90% of the time a/c is not needed in Tahoe. Everyone enjoyed the property & close to downtown Tahoe City for shops & restaurants.
